- Entity, which is a parameter of the task. Entities differentiate by the type of information they represent. For example, an entity may represent location, date/time, type of requested data, etc. If the user wants to order food, then he might be asked what type of dish he wants. This “type of dish” will be tagged as a corresponding entity.
- Context, which is a short term memory maintained during the entire conversation. For example, if a person is asked his name and address, and then the same person wants his food to be delivered to his address, then the chatbot is trained to remember the address from the previous conversation.
- Order Sequence, which is the information that the engine needs to remember in order to provide an answer. For example, if a person wants his food to be delivered at his address, then as the bot is trained to ask questions in an orderly manner, it will first ask “Which cuisine does he want to order?” followed by “What is the quantity of the order?” and “Any additional information”.
- Crawl, which is used to browse the World Wide Web in a methodical, automated manner. For example, if an URL is given as input, the bot is able to browse the site thoroughly. If some link to other URLs outside the webpage is provided, then access to the offsite source is denied otherwise, it is crawled.
- A project statistical graph is displayed having blue, green and orange nodes denoting project, entity and intent correspondingly. The connection among all nodes is depicted in a proper visual representation having the download graph and print screen feature also.
- An “Export Logs” table is maintained to store all questions, asked by a user, that are unaddressed by the bot so that the bot can be trained on these new questions to enhance the communication efficiency.
- An API key is generated to access the APIs associated with a user, who has access to launch the engine.
The future scope of these engines could include many benefits for enterprises, but experts say they will need to be gently nudged in the right direction for businesses to reap these benefits.
