What is Shopify Store AI Analytics?

Purpose

Store AI Analytics has been made to provide business insights to Shopify store owners. It can be used by small to large business owners who have a store on Shopify. It uses data analytics to help business owners in improving their business by making them understand the customer’s activity, product, order, transactions, stock details, and a tab having actionable items. The end product provided to the store owners is a dashboard having multiple insightful metrics derived from the data taken from the Shopify store.

Scope

Store AI Analytics makes a connection to a Shopify’s Store and take data using Shopify’s REST APIs. The connection is done following all the authentication rules and regulations stated by Shopify. Using this data, multiple insights are derived and then visualized to the dashboard. The customer gets to see the dashboard as the end product. The data is reflected in the dashboard can be refreshed at any time on a button click from the dashboard.

Benefits

After successful authentication, the customer gets to see the dashboard based on the data fetched from the store. The dashboard has multiple tabs containing the following metrics in the form of charts. The user gets various insights from the dashboard which can help in taking business-related decisions and in driving their business in the right direction as the following dashboard tabs.

  6. Total Sales Month Wise: Plots a comparison between the monthly sales of the store. The customer can see the trend in sales over months.
  7. Transaction Status Comparison: Shows a comparison between various transaction statuses (eg. Success, failed, etc).
  8. Most Frequent Customers: Shows the top the customers based on the number of orders placed.
  9. Payment Details: Shows the detail of the transactions made in the store.
